Our deck building ranges from $40 - $60 per square foot. Our railings range from $40 - $200 per linear foot. Our aluminum awnings and pergolas range from $37 - $50 per square foot. We use Timbertech as our main material for our deck designs. This material is sturdy, high quality and attractive, making it the ultimate deck material. It has various options for finishes and designs so that you can customize your deck to match your dream. TimberTech has a four sided cap stock that protects the core from moisture damage. These cap stocks are made up of all virgin material, making them extremely resistant to moisture. We love TimberTechbecause they put their products through extensive testing to ensure the performance of the products in the field. For our frames, we use Doug Fir lumber. We use Glued Laminated Timbers (Glulams) for our beams. We use all required brackets and hardware, and galvanized fasteners. We use protective deck tape to help seal and protect the wood frame.

We come to you to survey the area, take measurements and formulate our estimate so that we can give you as accurate of a time and cost estimate as possible. We travel to all areas of Utah. However, depending on the projects distance from our office, there is sometimes a necessary travel fee within our quotes. We regularly work in Salt Lake County, Utah County. We come to you to do an on-site estimate as well.

Timing of our deck building process varies by project size, materials used, design of the project and even the season. We do our best to estimate a completion time but there are, at times, factors outside of our control.
